It looks like it has been completely redone.  And other than the green kitchen backsplash, the green post/ceiling in the dining room, and the mismatching appliances, I like everything about it.

It's not a huge house, but it is bright and done.  I don't love the location of the kitchen at the front but like the house at 217 Bain Avenue that was listed 2 years ago, it works here.

The asking price for that house was $790,000.

It sold for $900,000.

This house has one less bedroom and bathroom.  It was listed at $699,000.
