And it went for....

The semi at 217 Bain that had great curtains and an amazing dining room light has sold!

It was listed at $790,000.  I thought that compared to similar houses in other neighbourhoods that this could sell for $840,000.  I didn't think it could go as high as a bigger version at 97 Marlborough in Summerhill or even as high as the smaller version at  89 Alcorn also in Summerhill.  Riverdale is a neighbourhood in demand but I didn't think it would get the same demand as Summerhill.

Turns out I was wrong and it sold right in between for $900,000!!!  They must have thrown in the curtains and light!
