158 Beaconsfield Avenue - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE
This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 15.42 x 86 foot lot in Beaconsfield Village.
It's a good looking house on the outside and a really good house on the inside.
The kitchen isn't brand new but it works. If you wanted to renovate it, there is lots of space to add an island. Perhaps something similar to the kitchen of Emma Reddington, author of the Marion House Book Blog and Home Editor of Chatelaine...
Like the house down the street at 89A Beaconsfield Avenue that I posted in February 2012, there is a lot about this house that reminds me of Reddington's house.
Two years ago, 89A Beaconsfield Avenue was listed at $879,000. I thought it was underpriced. It sold for $895,000.
This house doesn't have parking like 89A and it is slightly smaller, but it is a semi, not a rowhouse.
It is listed at $879,900.
So, basically the same house, 2 years later, with a possible rental unit....with the same asking price.
This is obviously going over ask.
I'm thinking somewhere closer to $1,095,000...maybe a little higher.
Too bad about the no parking thing though.
