870 Manning Avenue - SEATON VILLAGE
Two days ago, I posted a gutter at 829 Manning Avenue in Seaton Village.
As one reader pointed out, it is actually more of a tear down, but it is a semi, so is that possible?
It was located on basically a 16 x 80 foot lot. It was super creepy and it was listed at $639,900.
This house is located just up the street, and considering the hilarious listing photos of trees and flowers, I am thinking this is a gutter as well.
But it is a detached on a 20 x 132 foot lot.

If this is also a tear down, that is a lot that could have a pretty good house.
It was listed yesterday and the asking price is $639,800.
So....$100 less than 829 Manning.
Hmmmm.....wonder which one is selling first!?!
