MILA AND BRIAN MULRONEY'S HOUSE HAD A PRICE DROP
In September, I posted this 5+2 bedroom, 5+2 bathroom house at 47 Crois. Forden in Westmount in Montreal.
It was a very DONE house.
And it was the home of former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney and his wife Mila Mulroney.
And basically, it's totally what you thought it was going to look like on the inside.
But the asking price was really high. They wanted $7,950,000.
I thought that with all the furniture and chandeliers and things....sure....maybe.
Otherwise, it was overpriced.
It hasn't sold and the price has been dropped...
To $6,900,000.
Nice one....but still too high.
