PRICE DROP - mishMASH Monday - MONTREAL
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 30 x 89 foot lot at 237 Av. Querbes in Outremont in Montreal.
I first posted it in November.
The style of the house wasn't for everyone, but I liked it. It's not a big house, but it is done well.
But, even though it is located in a pricey part of Montreal, this house was just too overpriced. The asking was $1,525,000.
Even with that chair in the closet (thanks to the reader for pointing that out), this place was just too much.
It never sold and the price has now been dropped.
The new asking price is $1,475,000.
Still too high.
