PRICE INCREASE/RELIST - 64 Hilton Avenue - CASA LOMA

Are these people crazy!?!

I first posted this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a 26.92 x 124.5 foot lot at 64 Hilton Avenue in Casa Loma in December 2012.

It was listed at $724,900 and it sold for $680,000 a few weeks later.

With absolutely no changes that seemed apparent, this house was relisted at the beginning of June for $990,000.

A 46% increase!!!

Crazy, right?

Well, not so much because this house has just had a price INCREASE!!!!!

The new price is $1,098,000.

A 61.5% increase in price from 2 years ago!?!!?!
