AND IT WENT FOR - 110 Park Road - ROSEDALE

I first posted this 5+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 38 x 145 foot lot at 110 Park Road in South Rosedale a little over a year and a half ago.

It was a large house on a beautiful lot that had been completely redone.  Problem is, I found the reno to be a little new build-y.

It was listed at $3,800,000.

I thought it was overpriced and would sell closer to $3,550,000.

It was relisted a week ago...

For $3,799,000.

I thought it was still at $3,550,000 house...

But according to a commentor, this was not the same people listing as the listing in 2012.  The current owners had actually purchased this house for $3.6 million and had kept a lot of the furniture...

Like the chairs that everytime I see them...

Make me think of this...

So, this listing was a new listing not a relist.  

And it didn't sit long.

This house just sold...

For $#,###,###.

Wonder if the new owners are keeping the furniture too!
