This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 25 x 100.25 foot lot just north of Bloor.
It's a good looking house from the front and the entrance is gives high hopes. Actually, there is something about it that reminds me of the house at 42 Heydon Park Road in Dovercourt Park.
But that house felt newer and was more open. Something about this house feels kind of tight but that is probably because one of those bedrooms is located on the first floor.
I really wish there was a floor plan for this place.
Esthetically, this definitely won't be for everyone but with the white walls, this could be anything. Right now, it feels more like a gallery with some interesting furniture.
The backyard is a good size, but is kind of rustic. And there is no parking.
So, though this is a charming house, it has it's quirks.
The house at 42 Heydon Park Road was listed at $879,000.
It sold for $910,000.
This house is listed at $999,000....and it has been since May.
I'm sensing a price drop.
But unfortunately, I don't think it will be down to $879,000.
