This place is listed at $2,290,000.
Even though this house is located on a 33 x 107 foot lot that backs onto Eglinton Park, and it is 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms...
There is no WAY this is selling for $2.3 million
Then again...the pictures are taken in 2005, so it could be a whole new place by now.
But at first, I thought the pictures were taken more recently, like 2006 (the 2.5 pixel camera is a little blurry).
