9 Browning Avenue - PLAYTER ESTATES
In December, I posted this 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 22.5 x 100 foot lot at 9 Browning Avenue in Playter Estates.
Here it is on the outside from that listing...
Not bad. The windows looked newish and it was a good, detached house.
But the inside had seen better days.
I felt like the first floor layout was a little tight, and there were only 2 bathrooms.
It was listed at $989,000. It sold for $1,010,000.
Now, it has been flipped with what looks like a full gut and they did a good job. They opened up the first floor and brightened it up with the big windows in the back. Apparently all the wiring and mechanicals were redone.
And they added a bunch of bathrooms.
This house is now a 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house.
The asking price is $1,495,000.
There was a lot of work done to this place, but the backyard isn't huge. And am I crazy? Where is the shower in the master bathroom!?!
Assuming there is a shower somewhere, this is a good flipp. I'm just not so sure this is a $1.5 million house. I am thinking this will sell in the mid to high $1.3s...
