It's a house located at 355 Briar Hill Road in Allenby
....and it is one of the Grey Houses.
It was first listed a year ago for $1,899,000. It basically has no family living room or dining room, not to mention that it was located right on Avenue Road.
Was it going to sell for this?
Ummm...
But by September, it had apparently sold for $1,700,000.
Then in April, it was on the market again for $1,849,000.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in May to $1,699,000...
Annnnddd....
Then....just a few days ago, I drove by this house and saw that it had a new agent!
Time for a price drop post!!!!
But.....no.
It's an increase...
To $1,749,000.
