Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house on a 20 x 75 foot corner lot at 720 Palmerstona Avenue in Seaton Village.

It had already been on the market for a week, but I thought it was a really good house.

I am not normally into corner lots, the basement wasn't finished, and there was updating that could be done to the house sooner than later, but it was wide and bright.

It was listed at $859,900.

I thought it would sell closer to $879,000.

Two days after I posted it, it sold...

For $860,000.
