PRICE DROP - 244 Gladstone Avenue - DUFFERIN GROVE
Two weeks ago, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 32 x 85 foot lot at 244 Gladstone Avenue in Dufferin Grove.
If it looked familiar, it was because it had been in the news just the week earlier.
According to the CBC, the owner of this house had recently been fined $350,000 for the October fire that took place in this illegal rooming house resulting in some serious injuries.
I guess the house had been fixed up (hopefully with the proper permits!) and it was back on the market...
For $899,000.
I have no idea what it looks like inside, but if this reno was done well...
This could be a great opportunity.
It hasn't sold and the price was just dropped...
