PRICE DROP - 113 Willow Avenue (with 111 Willow Avenue) - BEACHES
So...I guess the plan to sell these attached houses at 111 Willow Avenue and 113 Willow Avenue at a large price didn't exactly happen!
Because not only has the dual listing had a price drop to $1,149,000.
But the house above at 113 Willow Avenue that I first last April when it was listed $469,000 is now back on the market by itself as well.
It was listed a year and a bit ago on its own. I really liked it and thought it could sell for $535,000. It sold for $531,000.
A year later and that house and the attached house were listed together for $1,299,000!
I thought it was a great opportunity, even at that high price, and that it would sell fast.
Looks like it didn't.
There was a price drop and now 113 is for sale on its own...
For $559,000.
Or a 5% increase over last year.
Perhaps this will sell at $599,000....but I don't see it.
I think it will sell very close to asking. Maybe $575,000.
And probably before the dual listing sells.
