PRICE DROP - 281 Delaware Avenue - DOVERCOURT PARK
In November, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 17.75 x 125 foot lot at 281 Delaware Avenue in Dovercourt Park.
It needed work...
But it was still listed at $849,900.
I thought it needed a $200,000 price drop.
A month ago, the price was finally dropped in June...
To $839,900.
