I'm confused by this house.
It's a large 3 storey house on a 24.8 x 132 foot lot with a detached 2 car garage.
And it's only 3 bedrooms!
The master bedroom takes up the whole second floor, one of the bedrooms on the second floor doesn't have a door...
And THIS is the washroom situation on the third floor!!!!
I have never seen anything like it. The sink is at the top of the stairs...OVERLOOKING the stairs...
The shower is on one side of the stairs and the toilet is on the other.
It's really odd.
If you are looking for a 4 bedroom house, this won't be it. You would have to redo the whole second floor to get another bedroom.
And at this price, you would think there would be another bedroom.
Like the house at 25 MacLennan Road in Rosedale that was a similar size and similar bedroom layout (minus that sink situation!) and was listed at $2,795,000 before the price drop to $2,495,000 (it is now off the market without being sold)...
This house is over priced
The asking price for this house is $2,395,000.
It has been listed since the end of June.
So, I'm thinking if they want to sell, they need to miraculously add another bedroom...
Or drop the price.
And since they can't add another bedroom...
