RELISTED/PRICE INCREASE - 619 Clinton Street - SEATON VILLAGE
This is a 4+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 20.5 x 125.5 foot lot at 619 Clinton Street in Seaton Village.
It used to look like this...
When it was listed in 2011 for $495,000.
I don't know if it sold then but it was on the market again in February 2012 for $869,000.
Someone bought it, added 2 floors, and tried to sell it for $1,299,000 in October 2012. This is what they had done to the inside...
So....yeah.
It didn't sell.
They apparently decided to finish it after it didn't sell and it was back on the market in May 2012 for $1,558,000. It didn't sell and the price was dropped to $1,499,000.
It was still too high so they put it up for lease....for $7,000/month.
I'm assuming it never leased (at that price!?!).
It is now back on the market...
For $1,644,000.
