AND IT WENT FOR - 244 Gladstone Avenue - DUFFERIN GROVE

Just over a month ago, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 32 x 85 foot lot at 244 Gladstone Avenue in Dufferin Grove.

The asking price was $899,000.

Thing is, it had recently been an unregistered rooming house that was in the news in the fall for the fire that happened in the house that hospitalized one tenant to this day.

So......considering that the owner was fined $350,000 in early July, it was time to sell.

The house had undergone a renovation that is 'Sure To Make You Smile'.  

But I guess there weren't a lot of people smiling because this house didn't sell.

The price was dropped at the end of July to $798,000.

It has now sold...

For $730,000.

I think this 'reno' is getting redone.
