309 Indian Road Crescent - JUNCTION
This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom row house with 1 parking spot (apparently room for 2) on a 14.92 x 96.66 foot lot at 309 Indian Road Crescent.
As I was looking through it, something stood out.
And it was this pouf (or whatever you call it)...
The same pouf that was at 61 Montrose Avenue in Little Italy...
And there is this map in this house...
That was also in 61 Montrose Avenue...
When I posted 61 Montrose Avenue in February, I also noticed that it had a lot of the same furniture as a house I had posted in November 2013 at 17 Givins Street.
Like Montrose, this house also has a lot of the same things as 17 Givins.
The entry way of this house has this painting, bench, and old shoe moulds...
Just like the house at 17 Givins Street in Trinity-Bellwoods...
The dining room table of this house...
Is the same as the one at 17 Givins Street (same painting too!)...
And then there is this cup painting in this house...
That was also in 17 Givins...
Which immediately made me think of this...
The house at 17 Givins was listed at $849,000. It sold for $942,500.
The house at 61 Montrose was also listed at $849,000. It sold for $1,070,000.
When I posted that house in February, I said...
So...next flip is getting listed in September!?!
And it has.
Here is what this house looked like in March...
When it was listed for $540,000.
It is now listed at $799,000.
If the larger but super spooky row house that needed work at 58 Annette Street could sell for $741,000 in 2012...
Then maybe this will be their $849,000 house...
Though I am thinking it will be closer to $889,000. It does have Pellegrino...
