When I first saw the listing for this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 50 x 125 foot lot at 43 Prue Avenue in Englemount, I thought...
Why is the house with the happy kid picture listed again!?!
Then I realized, it's not the same house. That house was the neighbour at 45 Prue Avenue. It was listed at $1,850,000.
After a price drop to $1,779,000 (I thought it would sell for $1,650,000), it finally sold...
For $1,626,000.
But that house was updated.
This house is listed at $1,479,000.
And though I love everything about this house (except for the boob light in the master) and think it should all stay as is....
That price might be a little high.....just a little.
