51 Bernard Avenue - ANNEX
Two years ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi on a 30 x 80 foot lot at 51 Bernard Avenue in the Annex.
At the time, there were a lot of similar sized houses listed in the Annex at a similar price range.
This house was listed at $3,079,000.
It was a really great house, and I am not sure what it ended up selling for, or even if it did. but it is on the market again.
The new asking price is $3,300,000.
