Last week, I posted this 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 16.5 x 123 foot lot at 26 Aldwych Avenue in East York.
It was a good house that showed really well inside.
But from the Google streetview...
It looked tiny!
It was listed at $579,000.
I thought it would sell over ask, but not too much over considering it wasn't a huge house and that it was east of Pape.
Well, according to the title of the agent's website follow up...
Yup.
I thought this house would sell closer to $585,000.
It sold...
For $650,000.
