AND IT WENT FOR - 421 Sackville Street - CABBAGETOWN

Yesterday, I posted this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on an 18 x 85 foot lot at 421 Sackville Street in Cabbagetown.

I thought it was a beautiful house.  I just couldn't figure out the reasoning for the wasted space on the second floor.

It was listed at $1,199,000.

I thought it would sell closer to $1,320,000.

Apparently, it sold yesterday as well (not sure if it was before or after I posted it)...

For $1,310,000.
