AND IT WENT FOR - 367 Grace Street - BICKFORD PARK

At the beginning of August, I posted this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on an 18.08 x 114 foot lot at 367 Grace Street.

It had just had a price increase from $799,999 to $1,049,000.

The first price was too low, but the second price?  It was high.

After over a month on the market, this house has finally sold...

For $998,000.

Uhh...

Not bad!
