Annnnnd....
The Cornish Flippers (aka Lionfish Developments) strike again!!!
This time, it's a flipped semi in North Rosedale that used to look like this...
I am not sure how many bedrooms were in the house before but it is now a 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 26.75 x 121 foot lot.
Like the other Cornish Flipper houses...
Such as the 4+1 bedroom semi at 22 Cornish Road in Moore Park...
That sold for $1,410,000 in 2011...
Or the 5+1 bedrooms detached house at 70 Hilton Avenue in Casa Loma...
That sold for $1,605,000 in 2012...
Or the 3+1 bedroom house at 70 Glenwood Avenue in High Park...
That sold for $1,250,000 after several price drops in 2012...
Or the 4+1 bedroom detached house at 1 Hurndale Avenue in Playter Estates...
That sold for $1,561,000 in February...
Or the first floor of this house at 98 Moore Park Avenue in Moore Park...
That sold for $1,549,000 also in February...
There is a LOT about this house that I love, but also a few things that I am not so crazy about.
I like the mixed pattern cement tile in the front hall though there will be people who don't. I definitely prefer the fireplace in the house over the fireplace in the Hurndale house.
I don't really get the two toned bannister, or the different types of wood in the kitchen...
And what looks like a super claustrophobic staircase to the third floor isn't the best...
But this is a really good house, in a good neighbourhood on a good street.
But $1,599,000!?!
If this house were in Summerhill or Riveralde, it would sell for that in a second.
But for a semi in North Rosedale? I think that might be a little high.
