When I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 17 x 102 foot lot at 218 Lee Avenue in the Beaches last week, I said it was going to sell fast.

It was a good house (though several readers disagreed).   Actually, now that I look at it again, beyond the staging, I really like it.  That pot storage idea is a good one.

It was listed at $699,000.

I thought it would sell closer to $825,000.

It sold...

For $815,000.

That's good news for 107 Wheeler!
