A little over a week ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom row house with a 1 car garage on a 15.6 x 151 foot lot at 50 Shannon Street in Dufferin Grove.

It was a move in ready house that could use some work if you wanted to update it.  

It was listed at $949,000.

Because of the semi at 80 Shannon Street that sold for $977,500 two years ago, I thought this house was underpriced and could sell for $979,000.

It didn't.

It sold under ask...

For $933,000.
