The house with the wine glass on the front has had another price drop!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 14 x 65.25 foot lot at 16 Givins Street was first listed just over a year ago.

The asking price was $729,500.

Three years ago, the house was a bit of a mess...

So, the house needs work.

I thought it would sell for $625,000...maybe $635,000.

It never sold and the price was dropped to $699,000.

Still no sale and a year later it was relisted at $699,900.

The price has no been dropped...

To $649,000.

UPDATE:  The price was increase a day later to $649,900.
