PRICE DROP - 16 Givins Street - TRINITY-BELLWOODS
When I first posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 14 x 65.25 foot lot, I thought it was maybe a $625,000 house.
It was listed at $729,500.
Its neighbour on the corner a 18 Givins Street that had been updated sold for $716,000 in November 2012.
And the house down the street at 3 Givins Street that was in better shape with a 'yard' and a parking spot that showed really well even without a reno recently sold for $669,000.
So, is $625,000 the right price or should it be lower?
Not everyone has a wine glass made of brick on the front of their house!
