This is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom row house on a 14 x 65.25 foot lot in Trinity-Bellwoods.
It is located next to the house at 18 Givins Street that was listed in November for $719,000. It wasn't completely renovated but it was a really nice house. I thought it would sell a little over asking but it sold a little under at $716,000. And it had a possible parking spot.
The front of this house reminds me a lot of the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 14 x 129 foot lot at 73 Foxley Street also in Trinity-Bellwoods that I posted yesterday.
It was completely renovated and just sold for $740,520.
This house is listed at $729,500.
It needs a complete renovation, the front yard was a mess 2 years ago...
And from the looks of the listing picture, it is still a mess...
But there is a glass of wine worked into that brick work...
Still....
$729,500!?!
Not going to happen.
So......guess we are going to see some price drops.
Probably down to $625,000...
maybe $635,000.
