Okay, so it's a large ravine property with a coach house. It is a unique building. It has lots of bedrooms and bathrooms.
But I don't really get the kitchen. There are lots of photos, but this just doesn't seem like it is part of a $4.7 million dollar kitchen...
I am pretty sure it never sold in 2009 and was then back on the market for $4,495,000 (or maybe this listing was before, I don't know).

Well, now that the neighbour at 117 Glen Road...
That sold for $3,218,300 in April 2012 and now looks like this...
I guess they feel that 'La Tourelle' is worth more than $4.7 million because it is back on the market AGAIN...
For $5,850,000.
This house could be incredible, but I am just not feeling $6 million for this house as it is.
And that coach house...
