54 Dewhurst Boulevard - THE DANFORTH
The first thing I thought of when I saw this at 54 Dewhurst Boulevard...
Was of the house I posted in June at 15 Victor Avenue...
But that house isn't the Riverdale Victor Avenue. That house was located in Mimico.
And it basically has the same front hall as this house.

Okay, maybe this is half of the houses in Toronto, but there is definitely a similar feel to the houses.
Maybe it was the front door decor.

Or the hats...
While the Victor owner is into Jessica Simpson straw hats...
This person is into Bruno Mars felt hats...
And both have a lot of stuff.
And both are really dark.
Though some readers would disagree, the first thing I would need to do in this house is paint some, or all, of the wood trim.
Also, I think I would have to ditch that floating island in the kitchen.
Otherwise, with some editing and paint, this is a really good 5+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 25x 118.91 foot corner lot with a 2 car garage.
And in case this might effect whether you would by this house or not, this house not only rates by 'On the Danforth' magaine as...
