They are different colours but are the same idea.

This house is a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 17.5 x 125 foot lot with a 2 car garage.
Inside, they are very similar as well. The kitchen in this house isn't as good as the Forman house but it works. And there is room on the lot to do a family room extension and open up the kitchen since it is kind of dark.
The bedrooms upstairs are a good size and the bathroom is charming with the old tile and tub.
And there is that basement apartment. In this location, that would rent out fast.
The Forman house was listed at $869,000 and sold for $902,000.

So, they clearly did some work to the front and got new windows, but I am not sure what else they did.
It is now listed at $799,000.
Even without extensive renos since 2011, this will probably sell for about the same price as Forman.
Maybe a little more.
