A month ago, I posted this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 25 x 112.5 foot lot at 156 Windermere Avenue.

I liked the interior, but not so much the living room furniture.  And I wasn't crazy about the fact that there wasn't a main floor family room, that the carport wasn't a garage, and that there was that 3rd floor front porch.  

I don't get those.  

There were similarities to other houses that I wasn't crazy about at 71 Morningside Avenue...

And 69A Harshaw Avenue...

But I liked this house a lot more.

Turns out, it was done by the same builder who did the house at 72 Belvedere Boulevard in the Kingsway...

This house was listed at $1,798,000.

Because of the no family room and the wierd front (?) door in the living room, I thought this was a little high.

I thought this house would sell closer to $1,699,000.

It just sold...

For $1,650,000.

P.S. I like this builders' kitchens.

UPDATE:  Well...as it turns out, this house WAS in fact done by the same builders as the house at 71 Morningside as you can see from a photo from the builder's website...

I guess Oomph did the design, Millworx did the building.

So...I like Oomphs' kitchens.

UPDATE 2:  I am confused....

Apparently Millworx did the millwork only on Morningside, but not the building.

Soooooo...I like Oomph's design and Millworx millwork.
