Granted, it sold a while ago. I just haven't posted it because I am going to miss it.
It had been listed since September 2013 for $1,899,000.
Considering that it had sold (I think) a year or so earlier for closer to $1 million, I thought that was pretty high.
Not to mention, this was one of the +2 bedrooms...
That is totally Ruprecht's bedroom...
And that pie shaped lot meant there was basically no yard...
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in mid October to $1,848,000. I still thought it was too high.
I was thinking it would sell closer to $1,625,000.
It didn't sell and, in March, it was on the market again at $1,799,000. Did I see it selling at that price?
And it didn't.
In May, the price was dropped again to $1,725,000.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped again in October to $1,695,000.
It finally sold...
For $1,675,000.
