PRICE DROP #3- 68 Astley Avenue - ROSEDALE
It's been almost exactly a year since I first posted this 5+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 75 x 101.5 foot lot at 68 Astley Avenue in North Rosedale.
It looks big and the lot size is large, but it is deceiving.
This is the actual lot...
So, there really isn't much of a yard.
And those +2 bedrooms...
Are more like this...
A year ago, it was listed at $1,899,000.
A week later, the price was dropped to $1,848,000.
Then again in March to $1,799,000.
And then in May to $1,725,000.
When I posted it a year ago, I thought this house would sell for $1,625,000.
A month ago, a 4 bedroom semi located 2 streets over at 324 Glen Road was listed and sold in 1 day for $1,599,000.
The new price for this house is $1,695,000.
