This house has been listed for a long time.

It is a 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 35.58 x 107 foot lot with parking for 4 cars at 71 Balmoral Avenue at Yonge and St. Clair.

And it has been listed since January 2013 when the asking price was $3,995,000.

Considering that it was a copy (except for the awful interior brick wall in this house) of the Moore Park house at 243 Rose Park Drive...

That sold for $3,175,000 after being listed at $3,380,000...

I thought this one was overpriced.  I thought it would sell for $3.35 tops.

It didn't sell and by August there was a price drop to $3,695,000.

Then in September, another larger Red House was put on the market at 170 Alexander Boulevard in Lytton Park for $4,395,000...

It sold for $4,250,000.

Meanwhile, this one sat on the market until it had another price drop in January to $3,496,000.

Three days ago, it finally sold...

For $3,275,000.
