If this is how you were feeling about Christmas this year (and the lack of listings)....

Well....

It's over!!!!

(So....back to regular-ish posting.)

But for someone, it was a good Christmas because they finally sold their house after at least 2 1/2 years on the market!!!

I first posted this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom duplex semi on a 25 x 127 foot lot with one punch buggy parking spot at 97 Bedford Road in the Annex in August 2012.

The house was listed at $2,895,000.

I thought it was going to be a tough sell.

Two months later, the price was dropped to $2,749,000.

It never sold and it was back on the market in December 2013 for $2,499,000.

Then at some point in July of this year, it was down to $1,998,000. 

But again it didn't sell and at some point between then and when I posted it at the end of November, it was increased to $2,295,000.

It finally sold almost 2 weeks later...

For $2,225,000.

Not quite what they were going for in the beginning, but at least it is sold!
