This is a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with 2 parking spots at 15 McMurrich Street.
It isn't a huge condo, but it is on 2 floors giving it a bigger feel. And though the furniture does feel a little crammed in, it has been designed by Estee Designs who seems to have optomized the space.
There is a lot of IKEA on the second floor which really works.
I am not sure the 2 terraces are much of a selling point, but the condo as a whole is great.
But what is this movie? It was in 3 shots. Am I supposed to know it?
Because all I can think about now is this...
This condo is listed at $979,000 and condo fees are $930.29/month.
If it weren't for the high fees, I would say this place is great.
But you do get a party room.
