AND IT WENT FOR - 64 Arlington Avenue - WYCHWOOD/HILLCREST

Last week, I posted this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached house on a 28 x 124.5 foot lot with a garage at 64 Arlington Avenue.

It was a flip done by the Cornish Flippers (aka Lionfish Developments).

Like their other flips, there was a lot here that I liked.

I just wasn't so crazy about what looked like plywood on the front of the house covering the old brick.  I get the idea, I just didn't love it here.

But inside was great.

It was listed at $1,599,000.

I thought this house would sell fast and perhaps closer to $1,685,000.

It sold fast, but not over ask.

This house sold...

For $1,599,000.

Wonder if they spent the extra $30,000 to benchfoot that basement, would they have gotten that higher price?

Maybe.
