It's hard to tell from the pictures, but this house looks good. It's a good size and it's in pretty good shape (with some kitchen and bathroom work to be done) but is it worth almost $200,000 more than the Fisher house?
Well, it's a semi versus a row house, there is no 'garage' but it does have a parking spot, and it is just bigger.
So...I think this will sell for asking or even closer to $765,000 (depending on the backyard).
Especially if they take out this scary a-- Santa...
