At the beginning of this week, I posted a live/work studio space at 43 Laing Street just north of Eastern Avenue in Leslieville.

And both are located steps from the bungalow semi that I first posted in December 2011 at 874 Eastern Avenue...

That sold for $275,000 in November 2012.
