AND IT WENT FOR - 21 Biggar Avenue - REGAL HEIGHTS
Two days ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 32.33 x 104.33 foot lot at 21 Biggar Avenue in Regal Heights.
It was a house owned by designer Shirley Meisels of MHouse Inc, the previous owner of the house at 110 Benson Avenue in Wychwood/Hillcrest...
And like that house, she did a great job here.
I don't think there were any floor plan changes from when it was last listed in September 2012 for $1,199,000.
But the floors were updated, the kitchen looks like it was refaced (is that the word?), the third floor must have been redone with the addition (or updating) of this bathroom...
And it looks great.
The asking price was $1,699,000.
I thought it could sell for $1,825,000.
It just sold...
$1,751,000.
