AND IT WENT FOR - 97 Wroxeter Avenue - BLAKE-JONES

Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house on a 20 x 107 foot lot at 97 Wroxeter Avenue.

Though it is basically in Riverdale, it is not in the Riverdale school district, which means that regardless of what the house could be, it wouldn't sell as high as if it were on the west side of Pape.

But it is a good house.

It was listed at $649,000.

I thought it could sell for $715,000...until 20 minutes after I posted it and saw what a semi at 51 West Lynn Avenue sold for in the Danforth.  Then I realised this could sell higher.

And it did.

This house just sold...

For $750,000.
