This house was listed for 4 months.
Actually, I was listed in the spring as well but it came and went so fast, I didn't have a chance to post it.
It is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 64.17 x 125.42 foot lot at 90 Roxborough Street East.
I love the look of the house with the brick and that door colour.
And though the interior was done by Sloan Mauran, owner of the house at 297 Russell Hill Road...
That was recently featured in Canadian House and Home...
This house didn't sell at its first asking price.
In June, it was listed at $5,560,000.
When it came back on the market in September, the asking price was the same. I didn't see why it couldn't sell for that...
Except it was only 4 bedrooms. That means that if you have 3 kids, you don't have a guest bedroom in a large house.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped to $5,450,000 in October which I wasn't sure was going to be enough.
In November, the price was dropped to $5,250,000.
It just sold...
For $5,060,000.
