RELISTED - 64 Hilton Avenue - CASA LOMA
The first time I posted this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a 26.92 x 124.5 foot lot at 64 HIlton Avenue in Casa Loma was in December 2012.
It is the only house on a block that is occupied by Hillcrest Community School and it kind of gives me the creeps.
It was listed at $724,900.
It sold a little over a week later for $680,000.
I am not sure what happened but by June 2014, it was back on the market...
For $990,000...a 46% increase.
By the end of June, the price was changed...
To $1,098,000.
A 61.5% increase in 2 years!
Guess it never sold because it is on the market again...
For $1,098,000.
