And they did a good job.
I'm not crazy about the floors, and it's hard to tell what, if anything, was done to the bathroom.
It isn't huge, the basement isn't done, and there is no parking, but it's a good house.
The asking price is $669,000
Considering that the 2 bedroom semi with the basement apartment at 177 Hallam Street that was listed in October 2013 and sold for $685,000...
This might be a little high. But I like this house more.
It will probably sell fast but not much more than asking. Maybe $675,000...but probably not much more.
