128 Sherwood Avenue - SHERWOOD PARK
This is a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom flip on a 27.92 x 184 foot lot at 128 Sherwood Avenue in Sherwood Park.
When I started to look at the pictures, I really liked it.
The first floor layout reminded me of the house at 7 Millington Street in Cabbagetown that I posted yesterday...
And the living room kind of reminded me of a smaller version of the church conversion at 314 Palmerston Boulevard...
And though it is only 3 bedrooms, I really like what they had done.
Until I saw the bathrooms...
They are fine, but that tile is dated. And why change everything, and leave those tiles!!!!!!
Here are the before shots of this house when it was listed for $1,199,000 (not sure when)..
As you can see, it sold over asking (not sure for how much).
I am not sure if it was a flip, but there was a big renovation.
And I like what they have done.
I just don't get why they wouldn't change the bathroom tile!!!
This house is now listed for $1,795,000.
Considering it didn't sell when it was listing in October for $1,799,000 when the living room looked like this...
For only a 3 bedroom, this might be high.
And for a house done top to bottom with a massive Bulthaup kitchen...
I still don't get why they wouldn't just change the bathroom tile!!!
If there was anything that they should have kept from the pre-renovation house...
