Actually, as it is, I think the house looks pretty great.

Though it has been kept up really well, this house doesn't look like it has been touched in decades and will need a lot of work.

But the person who buys this needs to keep those pocket doors in the living room.  An open kitchen family room could be added at the back, but those doors need to stay.  And so does that second stair case in the back.

This house has a ton of potential and I am guessing there won't be a lot of surprises (though I could be wrong).  It's just too bad about that oil tank.

This house is listed at $1,055,000.

It's not selling for that.

If the house that I loved around the corner at 171 Indian Road...

That was bigger, but needed a ton of work including structural, could sell for $1,243,000 just over a year ago...

I think this could sell for close to the same price.  Perhaps around $1,225,000...maybe a little less since it needs new windows.

But regardless, this is selling fast.
